In a highly connected world, social networks are helpful on both local and global levels. O2 believes these networks can operate as bridges linking us to awareness of opportunity to serve and understanding of issues facing our world. As God provides opportunity, we will seek to strengthen our networks in urban centers, suburban neighborhoods, and rural communities.

We desire to both serve and learn from the people and places that we engage in relationship. Although we are primarily dedicated to community development in Aliquippa, PA and surrounding areas, O2 will promote community to community relationships around the world. Serving alongside others can establish people to people diplomacy and shape the dynamics of community transformation.
